We moved across the country and wanted to use a VA loan. Emily started working with us as we drove and we looked at a LOT of houses the first week we were in town. We weren’t sure what area we wanted to settle in or what might work for us not knowing the market first hand. Emily helped us through lots of showings, changing of lenders, and we ultimately closed in three weeks so we could move out of a rented vacation home into our own house. We have three kids and three pets and we moved in one week before hurricane Ian hit. It was a wild ride and she stayed calm and organized throughout with great advice when we had questions. Due to the market and our severe rental increase, we had limited time finding a house. I don't know how she did it, but she found us a house with a pool and even on the canal. She saved us from being homeless and found the perfect house with limited inventory at that time. She works her magic and found us a home. Thank you so much!
